The girl was rendered in Poser, the background was rendered in Bryce 5, and they were compiled and retouched in Photoshop. The ship is a close up of the HMS Victory by Hankster (Marketplace).

Lovely, only nitpik is that there should be more colouring in red of the whites in her dress from that wonderful sky.
