Artist's Statement
I work mainly in a 2-D forum. I use the program from Jasc called, Paint Shop Pro, and version 7 is my preferred version. I would say most of my work borders on the Folk Art, Americana, and Country style. Every piece I make starts with a blank white canvas and I build from the bottom up. I do alot of mouse painting.
I also write poetry and have been published twice. I also enjoy photography and have had one of my photographs published in a book as well.
I have a couple of website's inside MSN. One is called KanDu Designs, and the other is called The Elephant Site, Check them both out sometime.
You can find the link for KanDu Designs, under all of my Gallery pictures.
The Elelphant Site's Link is http://groups.msn.com/TheElephantSite
*My accomplishments here at Renderosity:
I was interviewed by the staff here and it was published in the Renderosity Interactive Magazine or RIM. March/April 2004 - [Volume 3/Issue 1]
**My proudest moment's at Renderosity, have been meeting fellow artists, and making some wonderful new friends.

Fractal??? Interesting work Vikky, love the colors here, and if it is fractal, great programs to learn there!!!
KanDu
Thank you very much Pat, And no, I did not use fractals at all. I don't know how to use fractals, I think they are complicated. lol I only used PSP 7 and 8. I used a plug in that has a motion trail, for the comets. I drew a curved line, with my spray paint tool, then I used the warp brush on it, then I sharpend and lightened them up and I had my lightening bolts. The main comet was just a planet and I used the warp brush on just one side of it. That is how I did this picture. Not real exciting, but that's it. lol Thanks Pat Love Vikki

Very pretty but a bit un-nerving Vicky. I see an attack on some planet and the planet is losing...lol. So, while I'm sure that's not what you intended, this would still make for a super Sci-Fi scene. Excellent image young lady! Best to you from Dave :^)

Thank you Dave, I love reading the comments you leave for me. lol I must say, your imagination is always working overtime. That is such a wonderful gift to have. I wish my imagination were as active as yours is. Never change, it's truely a gift. Love Vikki
