3D Studio MAX and a ruler & a digital caliper.
A closer look at some time well spent on modeling. I used no imported mesh files for this piece.

After looking at the first render It seems it it the mouse cord that has some jagy ness to it .. =)

I think this close-up is much better (except for the mouse cord, of course), because it looks more like a photo, and not CG-generated.
