Description
Another awesome tree display from the Fullerton Arboretum in Fullerton, California.
Though not as beautiful an area as Descanso Gardens in La Canada/Flintridge or the LA County Botanical Garden in Arcadia, California, the arboretum has an ample and bizarre variety of trees that are a wonder to behold.
And, best of all, there is no admission fee! Ergo, no complaints from this end.
Donations accepted, though.

Loved the intro, and know the feeling. Many of the trailheads here require a "Northwest Forest Pass," the Forest Service's way of nicking you yet again. But as for the photo and tree- both are magnificent! I see Kort is in form today! :)
