Description

He arrives at the beach, hides his shoes in a bush and walks for miles along the seashore. I often pass him on the bike. Sometimes he says hello, sometimes he doesn't.

I know him! The old grey hair dude that walks barefoot on the beach!!! Hehe, people are funny aren't they? There is this older woman, we must run into her as we walk the dogs (3X a day)at least once a month. Everytime we see her she says that the dogs are beautiful, and acts like she has never met us? I like the way you have him walking out of the frame, almost like he's saying "That's it, I'm outta here..". Great shot and story!

The name of this picture made me laugh out loud. Its just like "I dont know who he is!" lol It just strikes me funny dont ask me why. This old man (hey THATS A SONG!) reminds me of this old woman in a red coat i always see sitting on a bench in the middle of my town. ALWAYS just sitting there...mabye they could get together or something cause he looks lonely. GReat JOB!

We all done this before haven't we? That is walking barefoot on the edge of the waters. He seems to be focus on something and probably getting some great exercise. Now I'm curious about this lone walker. More pictures????? Excellent shot. Aloha

We might not know who he is, Rozanne, but I reckon that he has the right idea. A good walk clears the mind, sorts out, and generally discards, all those annoying problems we carry with us, and is good for the good old body too. I just wish my arthritis wopuld allow me to emulate him. He'll be in my thoughts for the next few days, anyway. Regards, John.

In my country, there's a famous personality, a professor with a scientific tv-program, who started dressing in black and walking barefoot ever since the 1972 Olympics massacre in Munich. He has never worn any shoes since, not even in the snow, I don't know why, LOL. Striking capture!
