Description
I know this guy really isn't in the "City of Heroes" game, but I took a little artistic license.
Stuff used for this image includes:

- X3D Oriental Fighter, from Xurge3d (this file used to be over at RuntimeDNA, but I'm not sure if it's there anymore)
