Description

I found a beautiful series of photos on the web (here: http://www.ebaumsworld.com/pretty-china.html) and saw #2 on the list and decided to recreate it in photoshop. I think it's a stunning photo. One thing I wish is that mine were as crisp and clear as the photo itself. I had a great time doing the foreground (which is too sharp compared to the rest of the rather blurry image, but meh) and the trees. They look complex, but I was able to do them rather easily with some self-made brushes. Anyway, enjoy!

The difference in focus gives this a depth that it would not otherwise have. Perhaps that could be balanced a little, but overall this is an excellent piece of art! I'd like to see you do some more like this, you really have the gift!
