It's a fabulous first render and pretty good by any standards. I just wonder if you are using something like HyperREAL for V3. There's a pretty bold set of freckles on this face, plus a very pronounced bump/displacement to the right (as we look at it) of the nose, which makes the skin excessively rough. Some of the settings may be too strong. If HyperREAL (or something similar) is not involved, then I'd suggest reducing the displacement or bump on the skin texture. Remember to experiment with lots of head angles. This picture works because head-on shots are fairly rare and are hardly ever as good as this, but different head/neck angles are well worth exploring. Lovely eyes!
