In Sanskrit, shanti means peace.
Create a sanctuary use what soothes your soul, music, candles or scents. Use any or all of the above.
Light the candles, sit in a comfortable position, and take slow deep breaths. Chant these words in your mind let them vibrate through your entire body to the core of your being, deep inside your soul, there in that place find......peace.
