Description
"The term foo fighter was used by Allied aircraft pilots in World War II to describe various UFOs or mysterious aerial phenomena seen in the skies over Europe and the Pacific theatre. Contemporary witnesses often assumed that the foo fighters were secret weapons employed by the enemy. Despite these fears, foo fighters (whatever they might have been) were apparently never reported to have harmed or tried to harm anyone" - Wikipedia.org
The airplane you see in this picture is an F4U Corsair.
Modeled and rendered with C4D.

Cool I see you finished the Corasair and it took less then 6 months;^) You do have a Japanese plane too might be time for a dogfight.

Great rendering of Ira Kepford's "29" of VF-17. They had a "Jolly Roger" on the cowling. Used to have a model of this bent wing bird.
gattone_blu

I am green with envy. I saw this in the Vanishing Point mailer and just had to have it. Great model and render, but I believe the Foo Fighters were German.
