BIO
What can i say? i live in Yorkshire in the UK and i guess i'm what you'd call an eternal student. i like learning new subjects and gaining knowledge cause i tend to get bored if i stick to just one thing. So far i've studied Photography, Fashion Design, Law and Psychology to name but a few. Thanks to a talent inherited from my dad, i've always been able to draw and it always seemed to be portraits and figures that fascinated me rather than anything else, even as a child. Then a few years ago i did a course on Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing which got me into computers and i found out that there's more to it than word processing and spreadsheets. i bought my own G4 Mac and learnt my way around it and the software, which although having a Mac does exclude me from some PC only things, i wouldn't change to a PC for anything now. i got into Poser last year and learnt most of it by trial and error, but i've still got a long way to go yet. So that's about it really and thanks for looking. xeniaghost
Update; i've posted some of my 2D artwork under the name GhostInc if anyone is interested -

Interesting effect with the cracks on her skin, a very good render. Besides the impression the shading gives, the cracks look a bit superimposed, I think because the cracks don't appear to be forming around the contours of the face. I notice it most around the hump of the nose.

Man...that's really cool. On some of those up on her shoulder it almost looks like you can see down into the cracks. Stunning work!

Pretty character. Nice skin texture and tone... although it seems she needs a good body lotion. Great lighting and colours. Hey, what happened to your previous post?

Fantastic! She may be 'brittle' but that definitely doesn't diminish her beauty in the least. She has such a gorgeous face and I love the way you've used lighting to really play up her features in this portrait. Brilliant artwork!

Somehow this one slipped past me! Sorry for the late comment! This is a beautiful and unique image with such a gorgeous character! Your brush work adds to the concept wonderfully, and makes this very thought provoking! Sometimes we all can be a bit too brittle! Outstanding image!
