Your makeup is perfect
A nice pair of earrings.
Should you put your hair up
Or down?
Put it up
Let everyone see
Your beautiful neck
Soon you will be with them
Smiling and laughing
Being charming
Because you know no other way
You are beauty and elegance
But I feel sorry for them

So incredible! Your poem literally gave me goosebumps while I was reading it. You've shown such depth to a ballerina as opposed to just the dance she does. After seeing Bill's ballerina image, I can see why he thought you and he should collaborate. On their own, your writing and Bill's artwork are exceptional, and together, it's even beyond that. Excellent poetry!
