Description
Made in PSP 7, most of the fish are PSP tubes, that I messed around with. All the rocks and plants and water and everything are my own creations. I used a couple of different plug in's on the fish to get the look I was after. I think this is it.

Very beautiful image Vikki. I zoomed in and the resulting image was smaller then the normal sample.. go figure? This is definitely one of your best... bravo from Dave :^)
