Description

Hello all!! LOL! ...couldn't decide which to put up so put up all three.. Not photomanipulated that guy was REALLy on my 15 year old daughter Annie's nose !! hehe.. cracks me up and I almost missed it too!! I was busy trying to get this compo consisting of aseagull docking post and sailboat comming almost into perfect composition when I hear this LOUD "MOMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!! " lol HAHA I couldn't be bothered at that very moment the boat in my soon to get shot was comming into place where I wanted int . Then I got a strong tug on the back of my shirt from my other daughter and my compo was shot( LOL ) only to turn around and see this - the light wasa bit harsh there in broad day light ( my boat compo was in the shade of the river bank )..if you look carefully on the 3rd you can see a boat as we were in somekind of port by an outlet river to lake Mich. ... I was VERY suprised cause I have never before even seen a picture of this before . I dont think Annie had ever even seen a dragon fly before!! IT makes me laugh here- I hope you like it !! ... Taken last week in South Bend Michagan with my little nikon 7900 pocket camera!!.. SOrry am still behind things have been crazy here trying to get back to normal with three girls and school starting ...been out shopping all week - yeeeeha finally got a new 19 inch flat lcd moniter now I can actually see ( my old moniter was hard to see what I was doing on- lol I think it actually roamed with the dianosaurs LOL ) Please look at this full size or it wont have the same effect!! * Thanks for all your time and comments! Love to you all!! ((( Big Hugs ! ))) ♥ Kimmers :O) !!!

this has got to be the most awesome dragonfly capture I have seen. Kimarie, tell me, what did put on her nose to attract him? or does she have something in her psyche that insects trust

:) How adorable! From Annie's Puppy Dog Brown Eyes to the tips of her (Nose?). Surely you are blessed with magical moments, but I also know the time and effort you also take to get that perfect shot! I figure these magical events are extra rewards! Bravo Kimmers!

What a fabulous shot!! The clarity on that first image and the shine/transluscence on the wings is phenominal!!! I can't believe that it stayed there long enough for you to get these shots and that your daughter stayed still that long, lol. Great shots!!! Your daughter is a beautiful and very photogenic young lady, btw.

I am always impressed with your images. I am blown away with this one. You managed to get all the charm and joy of childhood plus a bit of natures beauty all captured in one magnificent photo. The little Nikon has served you well once again. For all its shortcomings, it sure manages to be a very effective point and shoot camera. Of course you add your own artistic eye and preparedness and panache to the equation, lol. I do not for one second think these photos are fake and I do not for one instant doubt your intentions or abilities. This sequence is award winning.
