Description

so this is me... a self portrait... I put my camera on a cup on a bench, set the timer and ran! I went for a photo take walk because I found more water where I live!! I always start thinking, relaxing, figuring out my thoughts, and slowing down the pace of this crazy life.. As I was walking by I saw this baseball field that usually has the bleachers full of people on the weekends and it was empty this day... My thoughts that day was that I was feeling like I was standing alone in this big world. I am leaving for the Netherlands in 8 days and I'm still somewhat at a loss of what I'm doing and just feeling very unprepared. I guess that it's not just leaving for the Netherlands but just my life too.. And that is why the the page turn.. Because I just need to turn the page and remember that I'm not on my own.. there are people all around... loving and caring for me. I am not alone. So the page turns... yet again. and hopefully will continue to turn. Thank you for checking out my picture. Have a great day/night! Nicole

Beautiful self portrait Nicole! You look really chilled :-) Wonderful presentation too. I sometimes feel alone too, even though I know I am not.. Try to stay in touch with dear Jan-Carel whilst in the Netherlands. jcv2 is a fine man and a good friend.. All will go well with your trip, I am sure. Sometimes it can be better to have less plans than more... Take care of you, keep safe that is the most important thing..Hugs for a happy day. Di.

You look really pretty Nicole. Beautiful self-portrait. I cant help but notice you wearing the same outfit as your sister. You two must have looked so cute together blading down the street. So you actually had to run huh? And yet you managed to pose so relaxed and naturally. Very impressive. #:o) And i love the presentation. That is so cool. Have a great day. #:O) ....dont worry about your trip. You will have a blast....and when you get home you will have so many stories to tell. And besides...you can always hook up to RR from there and keep in touch with your "family" here. #:O)

Haha.. I didn't even realize that... I loved her shorts so I bought them! almost half price... My sister wasn't even around when I took these pictures.. and I wasn't even thinking about what I was wearing.. I just wanted a pictures of my feelings...
