Description
The plan seemed perfect: a robbery in the Vancouver International Airport, then the escape in the little plane already waiting for them. Unfortunately, Keilani was in the airport too, with her faithful red and white suit in her backpack...
Now the boss is aware of the intruder on the tail. Will his weapon be effective against Phantomgirl? Or she will succeed in forcing the plane to land? Stay tuned!

A Piper Cub is quite light. I think it would need some elevator to lift the figure on the tail but of course that would cause the plane to nose over so one must think of just a big cg shift backwards and compensate that if one can. Maybe a little aileron or rudder to compensate for the assymmetric weight and drag including the figure pointing a gun out the window. Projecting the virtual forces can be just as much fun as texturing. The viewers will come around. They just need coaxing.

Exciting story and render, nice work! ^^

Nice to see your rendition of the 'Cub', I wouldn't worry about the center of gravity ... after all, that's Phantomgirl, how much does a phantom weigh anyway? Did you use Poser to render the Cub? What are those black bulges on the plane, are they intentional, or a render anomaly? Anyway, great work, thanks for letting me know about it. BLyonn

Pretty cool image. Looks like smoothing was enabled for the plane. It probably should be turned off - that's where the bulges are coming from.

Yes, too much "smooth polygons" and too few "normal forward" (there is also a bit of ballooning). But I noticed it only AFTER the render... and since anyway it seemed a livery done on purpose, I decided to ignore it. Of course the plane creator could not miss it! ^_^ I'll try to avoid it next time!

I don't think a gun would have much effect on a girl who can walk through walls, odds are he'll end up shooting the tail rudder off and not even scratching her.

The only problem would be, how is Phantom Girl going to get down? Hope she can fly! Very good work on this picture!
