Description
Feeding time - that's the middle shot. The guy stands at the fence and says "come on, come" in this gruff voice and they all climb out the water and off the banks and come to eat. They fed the crocs ostrich meat.
I was standing on the poles (balancing) around the fence to seperate the crocs from us (visa versa).
Crocs kill more humans per year than sharks (+-6000 in Africa alone). So if there are warning signs for crocs - best you listen!
By the time the feeding happened the clouds had cleared from my previous shot and the sun was setting to give this lovely warm glow to the light quality (which you'll see in my next collage).
Tx all for the interest in yesterday's fish eagle.

Are you kidding me??? 6000 people in SA alone??? OH GOD!!! They are just soooooo nasty!!! And oh so freaking awesomely cooooool!!! I love crocs!!!! There arent that many animals that look so darn evil and vicious. Beautiful photos of them Vera. The first one....awesome focus and DOF. Second one....wow so many! Thirds....really showing that set of teeth it has. Great collage indeed!!!! #:O)

Not in SA Zacko - in Africa - Nigera gets about 2000 reported cases alone. Now imagine how many are not reported...
