Description

Wanted to accomplish a couple of things with this image, one was to push poser as far as possible and create an image with little post production. I wanted to created wet hair without painting it in Photoshop; using dynamic hair I think I got close. Also to create a 3d rain object, I used a sphere and styled hair around the bottom half of the sphere and then created a water object in the materials room for the hair. Comments about the hair and water would be appreciated.

First of all, I love the duo-tone light you did here. The hair does look wet, especially the bangs. However, the rain doesn't look quite right to me. It is an interesting technique, but the rain-hair makes the rain look like strands, not motion-blurred drops. I'm curious about the hair material you used for that rain.
