Description
This is an ocean city/base created from a modular type construction design to make it appear that everything was prefabricated. I added some small parks with grass and sidewalks and command buidlings in the middle as well as numerous landing pads and roads that ring the base. I also have communication antennas. I'm still working on it and need to add some entrances for the buildings and make them look pressurized.
