Nicely done, You may wish to tone down the specular highlights or apply a bump to the skin, Both the hair and the skin seem to have equal specularity which throws it off a bit. Otherwise a good effort.

Ineresting character for sure. It's a little difficult to make out any detail on the facial map, but that's ok, I'm not sure I want to see detail ;P Nice work.
