You must have some portfolio, Rozanne. I hate restaurants where staff hang over you all the time, like some miopic stork, and one can't get talking seriously. Your cartoon only highlights the problem. They should really address it in their Higher Hospitality course. Maybe that Is why I rarely visit one. Regards, John.
