Hi, I am so tired for painting this famous guy in photoshop for several hours. my eyes wanna sleep!:> just give me some comments. I was just first time to do this style. thanks

A real simple way to get a painted look in Photoshop is to use the "Art History brush" In the history palet select the box containing the original image, then with the art history brush selected and your desired settings, paint away, it really looks like a painting once you are finished.
