Lighting needs a little work like you said, But I only noticed that because you pointed it out!!!! Its a great piece, and it achieves an air of dignity

Looks like it's comming along to me, but your the one Driving that thing. I dig the reflection on the wall, very real. You will get the hang of it Jim, just keep plugging away. &

Love the arches, not too keen on the lighting, or the chairs under the arch, and to be really picky, the reflection on the floor is a little high.

I take issue with the proportion of the objects in the scene. The arches are too low and the fireplace too small. Some fill lighting in the darkest areas would look nice as well. With that said, it's far better than my first try.

Thanks for your observations' I take the point on Proportions and the lighting. I have redone what i can' i think the Proportions are something like they should be now' I am happy with the lighting although Im not an expert in c4d....and although i am struggling with the floor I think this will stay I like the reflections.. Thanks Jim

Yeah, leave the floors, there gorgeous.Only thing i see are the reflections of the chairs seem to be a bit jagged, but this is nicer than anything i have done in a long while so i will shut up:D Inspirational for me as well(on goes the lightbulb)

I'm a little late to put in two cents worth since you've picked up on the proportioning thing. I smiled when I read the comment from a viewer about shiney floor. LOL that's a Jimw1 trademark! I think your shiney base plains are awesome.

I think it looks wonderful! I'd like a bit more dramatic lighting but that will come with practice. Still a beautiful and interesting room :)

A beautiful image..yet a sense of sadness. An instrument to produce tremendous emotion, with the ability to provoke deep meaningful thought, or to calm the savage ravishings of a tormented mind. And yet, no one to listen, and no artist to play. And so, the music remains but an unheard symphony of the tides and turns of life. Beautiful work! Very Well Done. 5+
