Description

I tried to make a pic in the spirit of the "seventies style sci-fi painting" studying the brilliant SF artists like Chriss Foss, Peter Elson and Angus McKie. Quite a lot of work here using Wings for a bit more complex modeling and also some experimenting with Bryce textures; postwork in PShop for light effects; some meshes from web (cabin on ship from Baument, sat.dish from 3DScifi - thanks) all other in B5, Wings, Spatch - have a nice journey gentlemen! :-)

Mate, this looks more like Chris Foss, Peter Elson and Angus McKie than they do!! Fantastic piece of work - you've captured the spirit of those 3 great scf-fi artists perfectly. Love the texture you've used on the ship!
