BIO
Since 1993 the Dutch couple, Willem and Madeleine, have been working together in different fields of the arts and chose Hyperborea, as their professional name.
Being sculptors by trade, they have created a substantial collection of stone and bronze sculptures.
They've discovered the realm of computer graphics and this resulted in a large number of 3D renderings of alien landscapes inhabited with graceful life forms.
Most recently they have been working together on various projects in which they combine their sculptures, 3D artworks and original electronic ambient music into multi-media presentations.
Living in the south of The Netherlands, they have their own gallery and sculpture garden where visitors can experience their work.

Beautiful rugged rocks. Love the contrast between that and the fluid creatures, which remind me of birds. Their shape is one of the most pleasing you have made in quite awhile; very graceful. That means they are outstanding instead of just phenomenal. ;)

Yes everyone; these two have a knack for giving the viewer a clear mental image, through their use of title, colors and contours, to name just a few. Everything in this image breathes the word "escape".
