Holy cow, he should go to the doctors. Seriously though, interesting shot and interesting area to be shooting water from! The low camera angle is fabulous!

Ooooh, what a cool looking fountain! Beautiful capture as well, with great details. I would like to suggest you crop it some at the bottom though right above that edge that is poking out. Minor detail though. #:O) Have a great day!
