Description

for those of u that r finding it hard to creat water drops i hope this would b helpful to u. (1) a cone made out of paper to hold water & release drops of water (2) compulsory to use flash light (any kind of flash) so that it gives u enough power to increase your shutter speed so as to freeze the drops (3) make sure the bar over the bowl of water that u focuse your camera on is precisely were d drop would be passing through, and is also at the height that the water would be bouncing up to (4) in order to avoid camera shake, always use a remote control finally, don't raise your camera so high, instead bring it down to a lower level so that people don't see through the water but a reflection of the beautiful colourful background that u put just behind the bowl of water this was the process i went through to creat the 3 water drop images i have on this site, except for d second one titled spotlight which i used a glass bowl for, with a red paper underneath. pls view full size to see more details

Oh my....that set-up sure is alot more sophisticated than mine. I just have a bowl of water....and then i click the shutter with my right hand while i squirt water with my left hand. LOL. Thank you for showing this collage, im sure there are plenty of people that will find it very useful. And that is a beautiful dropshot btw. #:o)

Awesome now to adapt the style by using traditional arfican items, hee hee. Thanks. I've got a assistant to help with the drops... I would probably suck at making the right cone!!!
