Technically it looks good but artistically it is missing something? Composition? Lighting? Chair seems to big for her also.
MadRed
V. good, and do vary the books thickness too. And give her a cigarette, to account for that smoke.

another thing you can do with the knees is set them to not visible inside poser.. that way when you render it will no render the knees. if in bryce un grrop every thing and pick the knee, then delete that object and put the clothes back in and regroup.. saves lots of time in post work. i agree the books really do need a texture, but over all a great job.

I really like the dark feel this picture presents. My only critique is in regards to the dress and the knees. It looks like the knees are coming out of the dress. I have experienced similar problems with clothing in Poser and found that I had to alter the clothes or do post work to everything work.

nice, like the good feel of it...the fact that all the books in the shelf are so plane bothers me since its surrounded by textures..but other from that and the dress thing...i love it!

I like this. Technically it needs help, the wood textures are far too large. The books need to be textured, and you should have done some post to fix the knees. But artistically, I like it

I agree on most of the critiques. Dust in the air would account for the ambient smoke, though. The cigarette might detract from the image.

"You managed to create a dark feeling here, even though the scene seems very simplified. Well, I have a question... What the hell she's doing in that cell with a library in it? Studying? I don't think so. The lighting isn't the appropriate."
