Description
I wanted to see what the details would be like on the Shrieker for a close up. So, I rendered it at 2048x1536 and my jaw dropped. I had to post it. Then I decided, most people don't like the big scrollover images, so I shrunk it down a bit to 1600x1200. I hope you all don't mind. Do you think he might be the power behind all hurricanes?

That is one imposing creature, particularly at hi-res. It'd make a great horror image...maybe something along the lines of "The Crab That Ate the President While He Was Patronizing the Citizens of New Orleans"...or is that too specific? Darned good render though.

My jaw hasn't dropped but I think I released some fluids. 8-) The POV makes it look big and very impressive. Excellent textures. I promise I won't eat crabs anymore. 8-)
