Description

Here's the avatar I rendered for Caitlyn who's the girlfriend of my character Janus on Virtual Hogwarts. One of these days I'm going to get around to rendering a portrait of the two of us together. lol. So many ideas, so little time. I honestly don't know how some people post 2 or 3 a day all the time. Thanks for looking in. Gradually catching up on my e-bots. My webmail died yesterday so I didn't get nearly as far as I wanted to. Am now through the A's and into the B's...about 300 more to go. You know what would make this perfect? If you just moved the eyes to look into the camera. It's a good portrait, but with the eyes, in what seems the default position, she looks more like a doll. Still a good portrait, however.

Very good your work my friend! You make the shadow in the wall very well. That shadow type I have been trying a lot but I still didn't get. I liked the skin texture and of the lights. Very well done.

Lighting excellent as usual. Her hair beautiful. Her eyes slightly cock-eyed, at a closer look, but that might be the angle of the render, perhaps. :-) I may sound totally ignorant, but as an avatar - is this picture reduced in size to very, very small, or? Just curious, since I've never played online like you do. :-)
