Description

Hi All Thankyou for all the comments and crits on my last post, they are very much appreciated. This is another 3 day render, trying more for a studio look than a scenery set, I created my own HDRI probe in Vue and applied that to this scene which helped balance out the lighting and shadows (slightly longer than FallOut), mostly increasing the anti-alias to get rid of chunckyness on Miki something poser excels at, Vue didn't do very well, i'm going to buy subdivion software and increase the mesh resolution if this happens in the future LoL. The wonderful Motorcycle 2004 By Patrick A. Shields here @ rendo. Miki part of the 2010 package bought same time as Poser 6. Miki's clothes are the superb YHI's Clothing Pack 3 for Miki By idler168 and y1127j here @ rendo. Matching and also superb Thigh-Boots for Miki were created by idler168 here @ rendo. The superb GIZELLE Texture Pack for Miki by ExprssnImg here @ rendo. The magnificent helmet is by Ayreon a freebie of-site @ http://ayreon-seven.com Enjoy the rest of your week. Chris

Excellent work! And a great job of posing, choice of figure and props and fine lighting. That probe and IBL worked very nicely - would be great to see a tutorial on those. (Nice realistic breasts too - compared to so much seen on Rendo.)

Not missing this one. My pc will not let me see full-size but the details and clarity of the image are perfect. There's just a hard gradient line on the horizon which you could remove with PS. Apart from that the lighting and shadow are spot on. Very nice composition. You're doing great with HDRI and your images are looking fantastic. Kinky thigh boots...brings back memories of my teens. Aahhh, those were the days. Nice one Chris.

Superb quality of the light, your probe works very well! About chunckyness: I smooth most models that are part of the foreground, increasing anti-alias doesn't help much but costs a lot of extra rendertime. PoseRay is an excellent freeware tool you might consider for the subdivision job but be careful, each lebel of subdivision will blow up the number of polygons dramatically!
