Personally, I think this is my best so far and being a beginner, I'm pretty proud of what I have accomplished in just a few weeks

I don't know how to antialias in Poser; But I made those little bumps on the skin in Photoshop so it looked like they had some skin texture

Yes. I think you are not using the "Render" from the pull down menu. Using the little buttons at the lower left of the viewport is not the same. You will see quite different results using the "render" from the pull down menu. It also depends on if you are using p2 p3 or p4 people. p4 being the best.

Razorcut is right- use the Render menu option to get the "final version" of your picture. And be sure to go to "Render Options" and set it to "Anti-Alias". And, yes, P4 are better than P3 and P2 people... but Vicky and Mike are even better. But, if you don't want to spend the money on Vicky & Mike (and their clothing and poses and...), then definitely stick with P4 people.
