This is Hellion's Werewolf character for the RPG, Werewolf: The Forsaken...
Strikes like Lightning is her name. She's a Storm Lord.
She's part of a small pack of werewolves that are slowly taking over Oxford in this post apocalyptic world setting I designed for the World of Darkness core book and W: TF RPG book.
