Description
Victor, now known as Barricade, is primarily a defensive character, but sometimes he can be provoked into attacking. Projecting his force fields outward with a great deal of force.

I had the name wrong (of my own character). His superhero name is Barricade, not barrier as I orriginally said. Sorry.
