Description
Well, here's another painted photo. A friend of mine (Shanpoo) and I decided to do "themes", so that we could each do an image off a certain theme. She chose this one, a "very dressed up classy woman"! I hope this is okay :) She's not really a woman, but I thought a girl would be just as good. I was going to do a picture with Poser, but I could never get the dress right. I made 3 different image :P So finally I found this. A beautiful girl in a blue dress, which I found here:

So I painted over the whole picture and wiped out the background, inserting a different one.
