It learned with its depend that a ray is a fish of the family of the sharks, and that in certain circumstances, the protection of wild fauna includes/understands risks. In the beginning, I believed that it had been victim of poachers... fortunately not! All Australia is in mourning!

I was also shocked by the news. I enjoyed his programmes but you just knew that his luck would run out one day. Despite his extrovert behaviour I think he was a first class entertainer and he seemed to have a genuine interest in teaching people about the joys of the animal kingdom. His famous "wot a little beauty" catchprase was my favourite. Australia has lost a great character.

It is a wonderful dedication to a very facinating man! I may of thought he was a little crazy at times, but I guess you would have to be to do that. He was a wonderful teacher and protector. He will be missed!
