You need something made of polygons? I've got your polygons right here pal! No, seriously! Don't run away! Just show me the drawings and I'll model it. Really. You want it for free? No, it'll still cost. I only do freebies on my own accord, and request jobs aren't up for grabs like that. Still here?
Need advice or direction? IÂ can consult too. I can also teach the basics of Catmull Clarke, provided you don't mind using Wings3D. It's the tool that has the essentials without getting fancy, like having copy paper and #2 pencils for drawing, but in the 3DÂ software sense. Perhaps it doesn't purvey the excitement of the more expensive tools of the trade, however if you want a solid foundation and understanding of the art - it does the job.
Oh yeah, I also do drawings/illustrations/animation/photography/photo manipulation/etc. I'm not just 3D, I'm a bit more multifaceted than that. No, I'm not talking about polygons in that case. But you know what IÂ mean. Look at my gallery, all kinds of stuff. Probably not the most inspired stuff at the moment, but nothing's really pushing my buttons much at the moment. I almost feel that my muse went on an unpaid vacation, so it's hard to do some things without the compulsion there. The right incentive might bring that back into working order.
BIO
A somewhat decent artist who hasn't figured out how to make it big yet. Email or something if you think you know where next big break is that might fit my niche. I could use the help.

Very interesting! Excellent attitude! I would have this done with the sketch capability of Manga Studio (see my study of Manga Studio at http://formations.elcet.net, press the button Tests and tuts and look specially at the queen Ellyandh's sketch), but that is great Pauljs! I give this pict the maximum note!

Portal Graphics (www.portalgraphics.net) has the latest OpenCanvas (v. 4) for sale, with many comparable features to Manga Studio. But, believe it or not, I'm not interested in all that stuff. I like the old unsupported 1.1 version more for what it lacks. Price and complexity. Being an old and "archival" beta, it can be found for free. It's functions are simple, thus a short load time and light hardware hit - that makes it fast. This is good, because that makes it responsive to the tablet and allows for quite a degree of expressiveness. Then it has the cool event recording and networking features other art programs don't have. You can learn a bit about different drawing techniques simply by downloading and watching .wpe files playback. I haven't seen this anywhere else. The networking features are quite nice too, since it's possible to collaborate in realtime online. This feature alone makes having the old version worthwhile, since it was removed from the later versions. If anyone's interested, I could make the .wpe for this drawing available so you can see just how goofy the virtual canvas started out. There's also some recording of another artist by the name "mode" who occasionally joins the Warpaint server I host.

I still have that installed I think. Pester me next time you catch me, and I'll see if I can get it working.
