Description

Taken (surprisingly - as i tend only to use it for close ups) on my Sigma 105mm EX DG Macro. I went for a walk today around stratford, so i will be posting some of my shots from that over the next few days - when i get round to it there will be the complete series on my online gallery. So check back there if you dont want to wait for me to post them up here one per day. Oh and dont expect a shot of shakespeare's house - there isnt one - not that i am idealistically against taking a shot of probably THE most photographed residences, its just at the right time to take the shot without shadows creeping in on it and ruining the shot (about 5pm) there would probably be about 50 people infront of the shot. So, to put it mildly: it would take a miracle. Anyway - was going to do this just in black and white - but then started playing around and really liked how this turned out :) Thanks for stopping by and taking a look. Enjoy! Rich

Amazing selective coloring! The first truly brilliant use of that particular technique I've seen in a long time, maybe years. Great, soulful work.

I love old cemtery's I used to do rubbing on the old graves but they got lost in over the years of moving and now people would think I am bonker's if I started it again grin This is excellent...love the light effect here as well as the image Also nice to meet you as well and this is going to my favs Hope you come visit me as well Hugs Susan~
