Description

I took my concept from air condition system because ithink using air condition system (FREON GAS) is better than fans system in the CPU quality and so in the computer quality

I'm veiwing your post from the galleries. I don't know the requirements of the contest. Nor where to find it. Being familiar with all of the components and having to trouble shoot problems with the fans this piqued my curiosity, not because of a contest but the concept itself. While I think the idea is a fantastic one, it does raise two questions for me though. Is this concept just for servers or Gamers? Because a dehumidifier would have to be in place in the room. I can see this used in that respect because the servers are kept in a room that is temperature controlled. As humidity would cause condensation along the tubing used. which to my understanding would have to be copper. I could be wrong on that one. I don't see this in a typical company being used by regular employees. Not only is a company constantly cutting corners, but you can't count on the employees not to be opening windows. The other is, while I undersand a small amount of freon is being used, it is still toxic. Especially if there is a leak and the system heating up. I don't know, nor have I ever tried to see what happens to Freon when even a minute amount is subjected to heat. but would be curious to know. Also, if there was a leak, how would it affect the board? I see from your cad? that you have the cpu standing on edge. so if there is a leak it would drip onto the motherboard. All that aside, no kidding around, you ought to patent your idea. I don't know the arena for which the contest is for. But, especially in the use of servers, you might be on to something. Have you tested this out? Or just in the baby stages? Good luck in the contest. ~Michelle~

1)this concept is in www.3dkingdom0org you can see the requirements of the contest 2)i try in this contest to show my own idea in just 2 hours.as it requirments but i didnt take my time to prosess this problems.i just want to show my as i think new idea in this topic. 3)i think it can used in servers and Gamers and it will be in the computer case not in place in the room 4)I have tried to see what happens to Freon.but sure there was not leak, and would not affect the board. 5)the cpu standing on edge sure not like as i drawed becoase i am not an industerial designer. so there is not leak so that it not would drip onto the motherboard 6) sure idont tested this out becoase ther is not enough time to do it. it just 2 hours

  1. Freon is not toxic gas but it is one of the agents that damage the O3 zone. You could replace it by propane/butane. 2. Because of low temp condition, you should consider the water from the air that is condensed.
