That is a beautiful scene and, what with the setting sun, the strong shadows and that empty boat apparently migrating towards the departing sun, it's quite poignant.

Very beautiful scene. The color of the light is truly an autumn color. There is a highly wistful and somewhat sad feeling to this image. I always felt sad when summer ended and it was back to school. Marvelous capture of that emotion.
