When its over 100 degrees even the cactus go for a swim. Looks like a happy cactus to me. Taken at the Tonto National Forest in Arizona. Full size view much clearer.

It seems to me that the plant on the right competes with the cactus, which is way over on the left edge of the picture. Since the shot is supposed to be about the cactus, why not position yourself closer to it? I would think it would be featured more prominently, and without competition from the other plant. Just my opinion. Beautiful place, though.
