this was for work, to illustrate a story about time wasting away. not my usual style, but quite fun to do! thanks for looking.

In true shakespearian fashion, it looks great. I would like to point out one thought that I had if I may. If time is buzzing by at an incredible rate, would there not be incremental amounts of blur on the hands of the clock, instead of the steady rate that you see now. Ie. the second hand would be almost invisibly blurred, the minute hand less and same for the hour hand. Just a silly thought I had.

superb image - i would love to know how you did the texture map?? the clock model looks excellent - and i can sort of understand how you've used hyper nurbs to get the melted look - please help us to understand, oh mighty one!!

thanks everyone! doneydonydone-the texture map for the clock face used a 'stick texture' tag on the clock face-this allowed it to move with the geometry as I manipulated it. there's a wire and explanation here: Melting Clock
