Hi Everyone,
Its raining here on this Monday morning. We so needed this rain.
Anyway this is another shot of my visitor. Wanted to show the details of his feathers. Only problem i have with this photo is his wing was not captured completely in this frame. Oh well.Please view in full size.

Wonderful closeup of the kookaburra bird, Dian. That 100-400mm lens really comes in handy. That's a real mop of feathers on top of the bird. I tried viewing the photo in full size but the image overwhelmed my screen. I miss your old avatar.

A great photo, well done, the lighting was difficult but you managed to do a great job. To bad some of the details are lost in the shadow side. (Fillflash, fillflash, fillflash) he he just kidding.
