Description

I put Flowers on her grave for her Birthday. Like a Haunting Dream; I hear her voice sing softly So sad it made my heart break. *I am, I said But I got an emptiness deep inside And I've tried, but it won't let me go And I'm not a woman who likes to swear But I never cared for the sound of being alone I am, I said To no one there And no one heard at all Not even the chair I am, I cried I am, said I And I am lost, and I can't even say why I am, I said I am, I cried, I am (by Neil Diamond)* As the tears rum down my face, I look back and realize, She doesn't know she Died. This is for Katlisa my Daughter.

Beautiful image...equally beautiful sentiment... Coincidentally, I took my son to visit my sister today...who's been gone almost 8 years....The pain may lessen, but it never really leaves.... hug

Very beautiful and yet so sad, and these words from Neil Diamond's song are so true. The pain will lessen with time, but at least you know deep down in your heart that your daughter doesn't suffer anymore. I know that loosing a child is very painful and very hard to accept but time will heal the pain. Hugs Gynou
