Description

G'day. This is the first of a series of more rainforest shots!! I have just got back from a day up at my favourite Mt Donna Buang (approx 70km east of Melbourne)and have bushwalked down this creek following the waterfalls. This is known as Cement Creek which is on the south side of the mountain and mostly in shade. I had an overcast day which is great for photographing under the forest canopy. I used a tripod and tried various f stops for longer exposures (and DOF focus) and i tried with/without an ND filter. Enjoy Lou

What I love about this shot is how the water looks so soft that it is appears to be painted in. How vibrant!! How were able to leave? I think I'd want to be there forever!! Wonderful , just wonderful!!
