Description
I am pretty happy with the figure here, but as always there are a few things to be improved. Dress is done with Virtual Fashion.
The water dragon didn't render as perfectly as I had wanted so I touched it up in Photoshop a bit. Kind of detracted from the effect, but at least folks won't look at a blob on the end of the neck and wonder what it's supposed to be.
Other photoshop postwork is hair and a bit of sea spray.

From what I can tell it looks like a pretty good image, but it is pixelated enough not to get a good clear vision of it. I am not sure if it is on my end or yours.
