Description

Same session of Suburbia Blues VII~XI. Here we go again. Back from my chinese holidays, I'm going to pick up where I left. Maybe this one will be the last one of this session, maybe not. In the meanwhile, I'm preparing and choosing the best shots I took in China (I got about 350 shoots to evaluate, half color and half b/w, so it may take a while). In the meanwhile, let me know what you think about this one. Bye for now, CAFxX.

This place was the "Officine Grandi Riparazioni" (more or less it means "Huge Repairs Workshops"), and it was used to build and repair trains. As I already mentioned, this place is going to be "repaired" by my university, to be used as part of the campus. You can see it on Google Maps: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=45.066273,7.660711&spn=0.002736,0.005032 Those two long buildings are the ones we're talking about. This picture above has been taken in the upper ones, while the other five were taken in the interconnecting building. Immediately below the two buildings, there's the huge "expansion" construction site of my university.

Excellent picture. Glad to hear the building will not be abandoned much longer.
