If you've read the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher then you know exactly who this is. (If you haven't then read them... quick they're awesome!) Oh and if you haven't read the books... this next line won't make since. The only thing missing is the romance novels. I'm actually not satisfied with this but wanted to see what you guys think ... any suggests more than happily taken.
