IMO I think the armour would look better with two smaller shoulder bits rather than one big one on one side (or maybe make that one a bit smaller) but hey, I just like symmetry:). Great design though. I don't think you could make it better - will be great to see it with the textures.

Looks pretty good so far. But if you're taking suggestions... It might look good with a gorget. Or if you don't want to add one, add a bit to the neck. I dunno. Depends on how functional and protective you want it to be. I'd say it does need something around the waist/hips. You don't need to cover everything up, but I personally think it could use something to fill in that space. And what good is armor if you leave a large area vulnerable? What's with the left pauldron? Any reason it's so big - and why the right isn't the same? One more question, and I'll leave you alone. What kind of weaponry would a warrior wearing something like this wield (or at least, what you have in mind)? Me, I'm thinking a lance - or something other than a sword or axe.

I like it, kind of reminds me of some gladitorial armour. I find myself agreeing with Rev, it does need something around the waist. As for the left pauldron... it is a little to big. My suggestion would be to scale it down a bit. But not to mutch, symmetry is great and all but having something out of balance give it something that encorages your eyes to roam. That's my two cents, if your interested. Oh yah, I'd go with a flail or a bolo net . . . something exotic to match the armour :D Can't wait to see what you do...

I get the impression this is a fantasy/sci-fi look, possible wings/ribbons/flag of some type along the back. Like what I see and will be in line for the finished product. Oh, just because you think it is missing something, does not mean it is and you can always add-on later.

i haven't designed a polearm in ages, that'd be fun and new to do...maybe a psythe axe or something like that. the reason i have 1 pauldron up there is cuz it looked goofy with both on both sides. however, left and right will be avialable in the final package as well as left and right upper arm pieces that you see on her right shoulder there. thanks for the suggestions guys, keep em coming please! lol.

Well im in agreement with most, the left pauldron is awkwardly large. Maybe if you scaled down the left side. Then alter the right side, making it just the shoulder and forarm sections instaead of a full piece. Get rid of the bicept section. Add a thong like piece from the back that connects to the wire (?) section that goes around the waist, Also fill that in wire area making it a sectional? (solid) piece.

Great work,, if your going for style and looks mainly a belt would keep the area flow your armour has and not too thick as to keep the sleek mid section.
