Description

My wife Jane and I worked on this one together. She took the picture and I wrote the poem. I hope everyone likes it. We used psp 8.0 to turn the background into black and white and left this old vagabond with color in his cheeks.

It may sound like the life of many, but it's the experience of only one vagabond. Myself I like the words, I can't recall who said it, but it kinda went like this "you're unique, just like everyone else"

The poem goes well with the image. The image is wonderful, although the large, lighter, circular spots are a bit distracting.

The use of B&W with you in color is excellent. I really enjoy the poem. I've spent many years wandering and now am married and settled down: both lives are good. Always room to experience more & more: can't take nothing but dreams into the big sleep...

Love the marriage of color to B/W. One life and another. The words are very touching. A great dual artist piece. Thanks for sharing. BJ

Superb!!! Don't know your 'age', but this pic reminded of the old, Lee Marvin movie, "EMPEROR OF THE NORTH". Great flick! My best to you and yours. T.P.

I love the capture and the poem. They compliment each other so I don't agree with yesitis.
